rich888 operates a PKR-denominated wallet system accessible through the Member's Account dashboard. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:
4.1 Deposits. Deposits may be made using the payment methods currently supported by rich888, which include EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. rich888 does not accept deposits from third-party sources; all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name.
4.2 Withdrawals. Members may request withdrawals of available Real Money balances (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied) at any time, subject to identity verification requirements having been completed. rich888 targets same-day processing for standard withdrawal requests by verified accounts; however, processing timelines may vary depending on payment provider and transaction volume. rich888 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content. Any unauthorised use of rich888 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or operational necessity.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rich888's total liability to any Member in connection with the Platform shall be limited to the value of Real Money funds held in that Member's Wallet at the time the claim arises. rich888 shall not be liable for:
12.1 By rich888. rich888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account, with or without prior notice, where rich888 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) the Member has failed to complete required KYC verification; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to rich888, other Members, or third parties.
Where an Account is closed for cause (i.e., as a result of a breach by the Member), rich888 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the Account balance, including any winnings attributable to the prohibited conduct.
12.2 By the Member. Members may close their Account at any time by contacting rich888 support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, subject to KYC compliance. Members who are subject to a self-exclusion election may not reopen an Account during the self-exclusion period.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Member's use of the rich888 Platform, the Member agrees to contact rich888 in the first instance via the formal complaints process to seek an amicable resolution. rich888 commits to acknowledging formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rich888 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes not resolved through the internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies designated under the applicable gaming licence framework.
rich888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members through one or more of the following channels: a notice displayed on the Platform homepage, a notification sent to the Member's registered contact details, or an update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
Continued use of the rich888 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
